Starting October 1st and ending October 15th is the Pilgrim Chorus fundraiser! With items ranging from cookies, to candles, to decor and more, there is an everlasting amount of options. This year the Chorus has a goal of raising $8000 dollars.
This fundraiser is run through ShopFund allowing for online or in person purchases. Orders will be delivered to the seller at Pilgrim and then to the buyer – an added benefit is the ability to buy from the website and have it delivered directly to the buyer’s house (does not apply to frozen foods or any items from the Otis Spunkmyer catalog which must be delivered to Pilgrim.)
The majority of these proceeds will go to the Pilgrim Chorus to fund projects throughout the year. As stated by Chorus director Mrs. Soares, “The Chorus fundraiser helps to pay for our accompanist and our items that are not typically budget items for music.The fundraiser also helps to provide musical scholarships needed for state, regional, and national honor choirs so that everyone interested in participating has the opportunity.”
Last year the Chorus reached their goal of $7000 dollars in funding. Help the Chorus beat the record this year and reach their goal.
